Fiona is one of our Partners at Emu and brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in organisations like IAG, Qantas & tech consultancy powerhouse, Thoughtworks.

She has deep expertise in strategy and organisational change having successfully executed major transformation agendas across multiple industries. 

With an eye for talent and an ability to build highly effective teams, Fiona understands the critical role leaders have on culture and performance. As a partner at Emu, Fiona is taking that lived experience leading the Board and Advisory practice.

Fiona understands diversity is more than gender and wants to play a part gently agitating for an executive and board room that look more like its customers.

Fiona is a graduate of the Melbourne Business School and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). In 2006, she was awarded AFR Young Executive of the Year. When she’s not working, she’s riding her horse or cycling, doing Pilates and spending time with her beautiful family and friends.
