Emu understood the time pressure and requirements from EDG. We knew across 5 roles it would require a 4-6 top candidates in each search and set about unearthing a compelling pool of 40 candidates to eventually dilute to 20. We tapped our network, linkedin, industry sources and eventually within the alloted time frame landed on 19 suitable candidates to present. All were met by Jo and her team with 2 clear standouts moving forward for each search to final stage. 6 months on and Jo is still very satisfied with her team and the business is benefiting from the leadership group.
